Even Google isn’t spared

Last week should have definitely caused Google some blushes. First, the Adwords & Adsense accounts across the world showed no clicks for more than half a day. Then the famed Google’s Search page got sort of hijacked & typing google.com lead you to a page named SoGo Search. Google says it was some DNS problem & the site itself wasn’t hacked. The blogosphere was abuzz with this news and GigaOm had this to report.

The problem was set right within minutes but then it was Google. What if the same happened to your website? Will you come to know of this anomaly as it happens? OpManager, our network monitoring software has got this URL monitoring feature which not only checks whether a URL is up or down but even searches for a specific text on the page. Visit the OpManager site and know more of this sleek networking tool.

You familiar with OpManager? We still have news. Visit the newly launched OpManager Lounge, the cool place where you can interact with the OpManager development team and other OpManager users.

I like the Lounge very much!!!!!!
Thanks for not making me register again (was able to login with forums.adventnet.com id)
Would be even more happy if we have single sign-on (not having to login again, if I am already logged-in into forums).
And Arvi, that is a nice way to bring up URL monitoring !!
