Its a disgrace on American Govt on the way the New Orleans residents are treated. Compare this with the recent Bombay rains and the Tsunami relief - the way it was handled in India was far, far better - more humane and more mature. May be a lesson or two has to be learnt from India by the Americans. And it will be more good if all the India-baiters (Indian resident and NRI’s) realise this.
