Zoho CRM’s improved Web to Lead UI
Zoho CRM is under tinkering. The process was about to start a long ago. But due to performance (framework and hardware) operations, the process was kept pending. Now having powerful cluster of servers, the tinkering has started now. I am starting with the Web to Lead UI. Here is a sneek preview of updated UI.
The twin tab approach gets a bye-bye. All options are included in the same UI, saving time and avoiding navigation confusions. If everything goes well, this may get into the product !
