They can always mail to the relevant support mail id (say, support @ appmanager com) or use our Forums .

Another very important contribution they make is giving feedback on the product. More users, more 'critical' feedback. We even take up features suggested by these users.

					<description>Free edition would benefit small companies where the no.of apps to manage would be just few and may not be willing to pay, atleast before they find real use in production.

And for such users who anyway not going to use your paid edition, atleast initially, free could really benefit them and on your side you find your product running.

What matters is if it comes to support for free edition? Do you guys respond to support from such users ?
