They have a seperate room at the right side of the front entrance for picking the tickets for online bookings, a cool reception with proper five star types counter people.

And I had booked online for cooldrinks and popcorn. And they were delivered to the seats, on the dot, at interval time.

So go ahead and try it once. Better than going all the way to Mayajaal for a comfortable evening out.
